HISTORY
Seal-Rite is a second-generation roofing company.
Seal-Rite was born April 01, 1968 with skilled
roofers with a great deal of experience in commercial and residential low and steep slope roofing from metal to BUR (built-up
roof.).
We worked out of our home garages storing as much as we could out of the weather. The following year we rented
a 35'x60' warehouse for storage and sheet metal fabrication.
After renting for a few years we bought a warehouse and
the steel fabrication shop attached to it plus adjacent land so we could have more yard space.
In 1984, I bought a
60'x40' masonry building at 125 Union Street in Hudson, NY
and sold our shop to the steel fabrication company.
Today
at 125 Union Street there are two offices, a large sheet metal shop, a welding shop, and approximately 2200 sq. ft. of warehouse
space plus parking for our employees.

ROOFING CONTRACTOR for flat and sloped roofing, residential and commercial specializing in slate,

roof that is right for you. With over thirty-four (34) years in the roofing business we have a lot of experience in restoration
work with slate, terne, copper, wood shingles and shakes and commercial low slope systems.
RESIDENTIAL
Roofing slate of all different sizes, thickness, and color. Wood shingles and shakes (cedar or pine)
some with 50 year or more limited warranties by the manufacturer. Metal flat roofing (copper, terne, stainless) and standing
seam copper, terne, galvalume, galvanized, painted galvalume with thirty (30) year finish warranted by the manufacturer. Asphalt
shingles with fiberglass or organic base from all the major manufacturers. Metal shingles. APP heat welded and cold applied
roofing (modified bitumen) smooth or granulated. EPDM (rubber) roofing. Single ply.
COMMERCIAL
Roofing slate of all different sizes, thickness and color. Metal roofing (standing seam, flat seam)
and metal roof coatings, EPDM (rubber roofs), APP heat welded and cold applied (modified bitumen) roll roofing, manufacturers
warranted spray systems, metal and composition roof restoration systems. Single ply.
